Operated in collaboration with Airborne Aviation Flight School, PPS aviation have a publicly open A320 flight simulator with the aim of creating an affordable and enjoyable experience. They also have a fixed base Cessna 172 simulator and a helicopter simulator. They are situated close to the Dubai Marina, along the main Sheikh Zayed Road, allowing for easy transportation to the venue.
